Food Grade Lubricants
Applications within the food & drug industry have strict requirements specifically pertaining to lubricants. Our lubricants are completely compatible with food processing machinery and materials.

They do not pose any health risks through direct or incidental contact with food products. The are also physiologically inert, tasteless, and odorless and NSF H-1 approved.

Our Food-grade lubricants perform the same technical functions as with any other lubricant: provide protection against wear, friction, corrosion and oxidation, show compatibility with different materials and provide longer relubrication intervals.

Industrial Cleaner & Degreasers

Industrial cleaners / degreasers have been specifically formulated by a carefully chosen blend of safe organic solvents especially designed to remove heavy grease, oils and dirt quickly and safely.

They are mainly used to degrease and clean automotive parts, oilfield equipment, machined parts, industrial machinery and other difficult-to-clean surfaces.

These products are environmentally stable biodegradable, nontoxic and safe on ferrous and non-ferrous metals and most plastics. Free from CFC's, they are extremely environment friendly products.

Lubricating Greases

High quality lithium based greases formulated with highly refined base oils and fortified with synergistic EP and Anti-Wear Additives. These greases give excellent performance under medium to heavy loads.

These greases are specifically designed for plant wide lubrication, with an NLGI range extending from NLGI-2 to NLGI-000.

The gellent structure imparts good water resistant properties. The specific additive matrix gives excellent protection from rust and corrosion.

They also possess good mechanical stability and provide longer relubrication intervals, thus reducing cost and maintenance downtime.

Conveyor Chain Oils
Conveyor chains usually operate in a high temperature and abrasive environment. To counter these harsh conditions special oils are used to lubricate the chains.
These oils contain premium anti-oxidants and base oils that withstand extreme temperatures and reduce relubrication intervals.
The Stenol range of conveyor chain oils are available as mineral or synthetic grades with different base oil viscosities and offer the best price to performance ratios in the market for high temperature chain oils

Lubricating Pastes
Anti-Seizes are high quality lubricants that are usually supplied in the form of a paste.

They contain a number of solid lubricants including Molybdenum Di-sulfide, graphite, metal hydroxides, metal phosphates, inorganic oxides as well as metals such as copper, tin & zinc. They are specifically formulated for easy application and high adhesion.

All metal surfaces are covered by their oxides in order to protect them from seizure and wear during sliding and rolling operations. In case the oxide layer is damaged during sliding or the oxide layer is extremely thin like that for stainless steel the danger of seizure is very high. In order to protect these metal surfaces, they are coated with solid lubricants.

The film has very good adhesion to the metal substrate and very good film strength. Such a film prevents metal to metal contact and thereby prevent wear and seizure.

Metal Forming Lubricants
Our line of evaporative oils has created industry benchmarks in quality for a variety of specialty applications.

These superior line of fluids include evaporative lubricants, a low viscosity, low odor and solvent based neat stamping & punching oil, which is suitable for operation of sheet metals, such as aluminum alloy, stainless steel, zinc-coated steel, etc.

Molygraphs’s PUNCH & Smoothform line of products are developed to optimize tool life, part quality, and cost efficiency. Suitable for moderate to relatively severe metalworking operations, such as stamping, punching, tapping, shallow drawing, light press work, roll forming etc.

Metal Working Fluids
Metalworking lubricants perform several functions. They protect or improve surface finish, provide corrosion protection, reduce frictional forces, cool the tooling, prevent metal pick-up on the tooling, and flush away the chips created in the machining operation.

To perform these functions they contain a complex blend of carrier, lubricity additives, corrosion inhibitors, biocides and antifoams.

The major component of a lubricant are the carrier, lubricity additives, and an emulsifier. Carriers are petroleum oils, water or solvents.

Their function is to provide cooling, act as a vehicle for the other additives, and flush away the chips. Water based lubricants are preferred in metal machining because water removes heat caused by friction and assists in metal removal twice as fast as oil.

MRO
Supplies consumed in the production process but which do not either become part of the end product or are not central to the firm's output are classified as MRO products.

It includes performing routine actions which keeps the device in working order (known as scheduled maintenance) or prevent trouble from arising (preventive maintenance).

Molygraphs’s line of MRO products have been specially developed for a variety of industrial applications. The core product lines include dry bonded coatings, mould release sprays, crack detection kits, conformal coatings and anti-spatters.

The products are available either as aerosols or bulk items.

Rust Preventives
A line of corrosion preventives have been specially designed to consistently protect bare metal surfaces of machinery, tools and components.
These state-of-the-art line of corrosion preventive products are the result of intensive research and development, with the cooperation of major manufacturers in the automotive, steel and roller bearing industries.
Rust preventive oils are easy to apply and easy to remove, are non-toxic and ecologically friendly.
The wide range of formulations are suitable for a variety of materials and applications.
They are compatible with most pre and post application operations.
These products do not contain any hazardous substances like nitrites, aromatic amines and heavy metals.

Thread Dope compounds
Thread Dope compound is lubricant, thread sealing compound, and an anaerobic chemical sealant that is used to make a pipe thread joint leak proof and pressure tight.
Although common pipe threads are tapered and therefore will achieve a proper fit during proper assembly, machining and finishing variances usually result in a fit that does not result in 100 percent contact between the mating components. The application of thread dope prior to assembly will fill the minute voids between the threads, thus making the joint pressure tight.
Thread dope also acts as a lubricant and helps prevent seizing of the mating parts, which can later cause difficulty during disassembly.
Various types of thread dope formulations exist. The appropriate type being determined by the application, e.g., pneumatic, hydraulic, caustic, etc. Improper selection of the type of thread dope may result in leakage despite best assembly practices. Petroleum-based thread dope is not intended for use on threaded PVC, CPVC or ABS pipe and fittings since it will deteriorate the plastic.
